It could start with dill potatoes chips, shishito chilies and then move on to an Korean chicken dish, meatballs and wings. What binds this diverse array of flavors is Antonia. Lofaso measures her success over the course of her career based on her natural ability to know her audience and be authentic to who she is. She's appeared on of numerous television shows like Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents continue to be recognized as a judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup. In 2012 Lofaso collaborated with Penguin to release the Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious home-cooked Meals, which also recounts her struggles during her time at the prestigious French Culinary Institute, and simultaneously raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that her success is due to her passion of cooking and she is capable of keeping her finger on the pulse of this field by staying on the kitchen.
